Come join us in guided meditation to learn - or continue practicing - how to be more fully present, and to enrich and transform your life. Enter the practice that has served the hearts and minds of millions of people from all over the world for thousands of years.
"Mindfulness is the awareness that emerges though paying attention, on purpose and non-judgmentally, to the unfolding of moment to moment experience. We train in mindfulness by practicing being present to what is happening here and now and by allowing for all sensations, thoughts and emotions. This practice awakens us beyond our habitual thinking and conditioned responses." ~ Tara Brach
